This is so important to me too. I find it hard to get my words out, despite an appearance of confidence. It is only when someone who listens, and allows conversation to happen without any form of aggression that I speak my mind, otherwise I have a tendency to hide. I need people to remember their promises and keep them, and I need to do the same myself. I always pray for my relationships. This is something I will always strive for. xx
